They’ve been managing too much from the top down, without support for the systems that sustain energy and focus.Her training spans a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Organizational Psychology at Columbia University, Integrative Nutritional Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Yoga Physiology as a Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certification in Advanced Somatic Healing and Embodiment Modalities.
